"Creating Positive Change One Individual At A Time"
Hi, I'm John!
I am currently working under clinical supervision while pursuing my goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Recognizing that each client is unique, I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs. I strive to foster a compassionate, non-
judgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. My work is rooted in empathy and understanding, as I believe that authentic connections are essential for facilitating
meaningful change and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is centered on meeting clients where they are in their journey, collaborating with them to explore their needs, goals, and aspirations. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals tap into their full potential, guiding them to navigate the challenges lif e presents and learn from these experiences. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space that empowers clients to discover their strengths, build resilience, and overcome obstacles, ultimately helping them lead fulfilling lives.

My therapeutic style is integrative, combining modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches. I aim to create a collaborative, client-focused environment that equips individuals with the tools they need to
overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. My areas of expertise include working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, as well as those seeking personal development and self-discovery.

I hold a Master’s of Social Work degree from Fordham University and have gained valuable experience working with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with mental health
issues, adolescents, and families. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including hospitals, community organizations, group homes, and private practice. These experiences have provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the challenges individuals face at different stages of life. Through my education and clinical practice, I have developed strong skills in active listening, problem-solving, and creating supportive spaces for personal growth.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and you might find me on a soccer field or playing some sort of game. I believe in maintaining a balanced life, which includes nurturing my relationships and finding joy in everyday moments. Whether it’s enjoying a good conversation or engaging in a fun activity, I value the connections that help sustain a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
