"Creating Positive Change One Individual At A Time"
Hi, I'm Brittany!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for every client I meet. With a warm and engaging personality, I aim to help people feel at ease while exploring their thoughts and emotions—often with a bit of humor and a lot of genuine empathy. I believe therapy should be a positive and transformative experience, and I work to ensure that each session reflects that.

My mission as a therapist is to empower clients to overcome emotional pain and reclaim their lives. I truly believe that every person has the capacity to heal and thrive. I’m deeply committed to reducing the stigma around mental health care and to creating an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. With compassion at the core of my work, I walk alongside clients as they navigate their challenges and build hope for the future.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I incorporate insight-oriented approaches that encourage deep reflection and emotional awareness. I specialize in working with eating disorders/disordered eating, LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, life transitions, and chronic illnesses. I take pride in tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs, using evidence-based practices to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have worked in the field for 14 years in a variety of settings including schools, inpatient hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation facilities, and with active-duty military members and their families. I’ve had the privilege of working with many multicultural clients and nontraditional families and couples. These experiences have deepened my understanding and equipped me to support clients from a wide range of cultural and experiential backgrounds with sensitivity and care.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy taking walks, listening to audiobooks, watching terrible Lifetime movies, and spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I believe self-care is essential for maintaining balance and perspective, and I often draw from my own experiences and passions to inspire and connect with clients. I’m always exploring new things and striving to live a fulfilling life—something I’m honored to support others in doing as well
