I am a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. My clients describe me as personable, genuine, and empathetic. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to show up exactly as you are.

We all grow up with our own set of struggles and experiences that shape how we see the world and relate to others. Therapy is a unique space where we can feel both safe and vulnerable, while also challenging ourselves to think in new ways and step outside of our comfort zones. My purpose as a therapist is to help you understand those experiences, learn from them, and use them as stepping stones toward becoming the person you want to be.

My work is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning I focus on your unique strengths, needs, and story. I integrate concepts from CBT and family systems to help you recognize patterns, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I support clients in navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, neurodivergence, and identity
development. I am especially passionate about working with children, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals struggling with addiction.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from McGill University. I previously worked at a residential treatment center specializing in substance abuse and gambling. I have also worked in schools, where I supported children with autism, dyslexia, and ADHD in identifying interventions that
helped them succeed in their environments.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my perfect dog, Pippa, playing games with friends, and staying active. I’m a big soccer fan and I’m currently training for a 10k and taking a volleyball class. I also love shows and movies - both watching and talking about them. Feel free to recommend your favorite one!
