"Creating Positive Change One Individual At A Time"
“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” ~Christopher Robin
Welcome to Renewal, Growth, & Healing! We offer a safe and supportive environment to find or bring back peace and wholeness to your life and relationships. We know that life tends to throw lemons and curve balls. Therapy is an opportunity to sort through tough times, focus on your strengths, identify priorities, and tap into your inner sense of power. Our focus is helping people deepen their insight, breakthrough blindspots, overcome past pains & relationships, and move toward solutions and positive change.
Our therapists have both the training and the passion to support you in moving towards healing and wellness. We don’t believe in an one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We draw upon a combination of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methods, aiming to support you by focusing on your unique needs and collaborating with you to map out a plan that will lead you to happiness, fulfillment, and mental & emotional balance.
Most people find that therapy fosters personal growth and inner peace in their life; you can too! Our hope is that our journey with you leaves you feeling more self-aware, more empowered, and more confident in yourself! Learn more about our therapists on the Meet The Team tab -click on the photos to check out the individual bios. To take the first step on the therapy journey, please review the New Clients section on the Contact Us tab and complete the Request An Appointment form. We look forward to working with you and being a witness to your breakthrough and success!

Individual Therapy
The truth is, life is not always easy. Sometimes we need help dealing with everyday stressors, major life changes, and mental health issues. Certain situations and challenges can become overwhelming and difficult to manage. Sometimes we turn to family and friends for support, but we usually don’t want to burden them with our problems, often times they are part of the problem, and most commonly, we need support that goes deeper. Though loved ones often provide great advice and can offer their own experiences to learn from, a psychotherapist’s knowledge is grounded in research, education, and clinical training.
To begin the journey, you have to take the first step…
When your concerns and problems are too much to manage on your own, a nonjudgmental, professionally trained and caring therapist can help you face those obstacles, understand your feelings and thoughts, and explore options and possibilities for dealing with problems. Individual therapy can help you turn the most difficult issues into opportunities for change and personal growth. Take the first step!
Couples Therapy
Most couples begin their relationship with joy and love. When disappointment, pain, and anger interrupt, it’s difficult to maintain the emotional connection you once had. The reality is, most intimate relationships aren’t perfect. If your relationship is spiraling downward, you may be unsure how to repair the relationship-or if you even want to repair it.
Regardless of the reason, distress in a relationship can create tension, sadness, anxiety, and other problems. Most of the time, relationship troubles don’t just go away on their own. If left unattended or unresolved, relationship challenges may only worsen and eventually lead to more problems. Even long-term couples with long-standing, ongoing conflicts can find ways to get their relationship back on a positive track if they learn and use the right tools.
Some couples choose to seek counseling when their relationship is most satisfying or when they want to maintain the momentum in their relationship. Couples counseling helps couples who plan to get married to achieve a deeper understanding of each other and sort out differences before getting married. Some married couples simply want to strengthen their bonds and maintain the connection and intimacy in their relationship.
Couples counseling can be short-term, where you need a few sessions to help you work through a particular situation. Some couples need therapy for a few months, particularly if your relationship has greatly deteriorated. Couples counseling helps strengthen your relational bond and restore your emotional connection. Whether you would like to re-establish trust, improve communication, or learning to manage conflict, we will develop a customized treatment plan based on an assessment and your relationship goals.
